These terms apply to GrindWill Social, an internal content scheduling tool operated by GrindWill Interactive (legal entity: Sadık Gel, sole proprietorship, Türkiye).

Use of the tool

The tool is for internal use by GrindWill team members only. Access is granted by GrindWill and may be revoked at any time. Users may only connect social media accounts owned or managed by GrindWill.

Content

Team members are responsible for the content they schedule. All content must comply with applicable law and the terms and community guidelines of each platform it is published to, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.

Third-party platforms

The tool publishes content through the official APIs of third-party platforms. GrindWill is not responsible for the availability or behavior of those platforms.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail due to platform limits, outages or maintenance.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
